Fox Racing is looking for a Driver for it's Street Team program.
Purpose:
Spread brand awareness in local markets with use of the mobile marketing tools at high exposure venues and locales and to lead in premium distribution via various street teams, audio visual initiatives, hand to hand and other marketing efforts. This part-time position is based in Newport Beach, CA. Reports to the Event Manager and supervises the Street Team.
Responsibilties:
· Oversee the safe driving of the SWAT bread truck and other mobile marketing tool
· Drive truck to local markets within San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles
· Comply and follow all motor vehicle laws
· Park vehicle(s) in high visibility areas, hand out premiums
· Set up and break down of av system and various video and music equipment
· Have a positive attitude about Fox and all its partners, sponsors, and events
· Have an outgoing personality to interact with various people
· Organize and distribute various premiums
· Report successes and challenges of each marketing project to manager within 24 hours of event
· Manage special marketing projects when assigned
· Perform other duties as assigned
· Contribute creative ideas to make street team effort effective and efficient
· Moving and parking violations are the responsibility of the driver and not of Fox or its partners
Authority
· Contribute ideas and make recommendations
Qualifications
· CA state driver's license
· Bachelor's Degree preferred
· Good driving record and be approved through company insurance
· Various experience in marketing, promotions, and street teams
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Understanding of various audio and visual equipment
· Outgoing and positive personality
· Knowledge of actions sports and it's athletes
· Knowledge of the area's beaches, clubs, skate / surf / bmx / moto spots
· Knowledge of youth culture and the Fox brand
· The ability to think quickly and responsibility while keeping the brand image in mind
· Conceptual, creative thinker who can strive in a fast pace environment
