Killer Dana is looking for an organized, efficient worker to manage our company-wide inventory receiving department. This person will need to have prior experience using Retail Pro to create Vouchers and PO's. Individual will also work with buyers, warehouse staff, and occassionally vendors. This position also participates in the movement of goods between our various locations.

Killer Dana is a rapidly growing multi-channel retailer. There is a high volume of merchandise flowing through our business. As such, the ideal candidate for this position must be very motivated. This is a full time position. There is substantial opportunity for advancement in this position.

Job Description:

- Use Retail Pro to check-in new merchandise and create inventory tags.

- Manage group that tags merchandise for our stores.

- Pull new items to be photographed for website.

- Make inventory adjustments

- Assist in the replenishment of our retail stores from warehouse inventory.

- Report short shipments to vendors.

- Assist in the management of returns to vendors (defects, accommidations).

Skills:

- At least 2-3 years working in a retail environments

- Knowledge of the product categories sold in surf shops

- Extensive knowledge of Retail Pro

- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite

- Ability to manage a small group

- Ability to prosper in a fast-paced and often chaotic environment
