Sullen Clothing Inc. is an art driven apparel brand seeking a Data Entry/Office Assistant who will support the production, sales, and accounting departments. This is a position that requires attention to detail and accuracy.

Location: Los Alamitos, CA
Rate: $11 per hour, full time

Specific Responsibilities:
• Assist in production order entry for vendor compliance from initial startup to item fulfillment and invoicing
• Process sales orders and shipping documents for the shipping department
• Provide Sales and Operations management with detailed reports
• Update live inventory (description, cost, manufacturer details etc.)
• Data Entry for AP / AR and file management
• Provide support to sales representatives and preparation for all tradeshows

Job Requirements:
• 65+ words per minute, 10 key, 100% accuracy
• Excellent time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel on both MAC and PC
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Netsuite software knowledge is a plus
