We are looking to add a Product Development Coordinator to the team to support in the areas of wear/fit testing, sample ordering, cross functional communication and the occasional soccer game! Job Responsibilities

• Process, manage and track all global sample orders (sales samples, development samples, wear test samples, any other misc sample orders from Product, Sales or Marketing).
• Receive and unpack daily development shipments and update receiving ledger with invoice information.
• Assist Development team with data entry work.
• Assist Material Manager with tracking and organizing materials.
• Assist Development team and Wear and Field Test Manager with compiling fit and wear test data.
• Build abilities to work on basic development work.
• Lift, open, pack, unpack boxes.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-2 years related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications
• Proficient in Adobe Applications
• Excellent communicator
• Apply problem solving techniques and skills
• Motivated team player and self-starter
• Effective communicator
• Ability to stay relaxed in a fast paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
