We’re looking for a Catalog Specialist to join the team.
Position starts on-site full-time, with option for part-time remote work in the future

Responsibilities include:

• Product Database Management

• Input raw data and create product listings

• Thoroughly check content for errors and make corrections as needed

• Perform quality checks on all listings to ensure fulfillment accuracy and customer satisfaction

• Keep manager informed of any departmental issues or perceived problems

• Contribute ideas on improving efficiency while maintaining high work quality

• Customer Service

• Assist shipping and receiving department as needed

• Troubleshoot listing errors on Amazon Seller Central

• Assist Customer Service with product issues

• Provide feedback to buyers and marketing team regarding online merchandising

What You’ve Got:

• Functional knowledge of database structure and functionality

• Strong Excel skills, especially with VLOOKUP & INDEX MATCH functions and IF statements

• Strong computer and web proficiency

• Strong analytical skills

• High productivity

• Attention to detail

• Ability to perform at a high level with minimal instruction

• Integrity

• Strong work ethic

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central preferred

• An unquenchable passion for the outdoors that manifests in your love of climbing, backpacking, backcountry skiing, mountaineering, and other outdoor sports REQUIRED!
