ZJ Boarding House is a premiere surf/skate shop located in Santa Monica, CA right in the heart of the Main Street area.

We have an immediate opportunity for an Administrative Manager to join the team.

This job entails:
- All accounting (deposits, payroll, A/P, etc.)
- HR processing
- Operations
- Insurance & benefits management
- Many more tasks, including making sales on the floor at times.

You should be someone who enjoys the surf culture and lifestyle and be comfortable working in a hectic environment with a group of passionate and energetic people.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Comfortable using Word, Excel, Outlook
- Accounting education/experience
- And have some experience maintaining unpredictable computer networks

This position involves working in a team environment, being a creative problem-solver, managing a part-time assistant and being a goal-oriented multi-tasker!

This is a full-time salaried position.
