Rip Curl, the Ultimate Surfing Company is on The Search for an exceptional individual to join the crew and assume the role of Assistant Product Manager for the Watch and Bag divisions. This role is located at our Head office in Costa Mesa and will report to the Technical Products Director.

Key responsibilities will include

• Researching the market to develop a detailed understanding of the Watch and Bag markets
• Building strong relationships with retailers, accounts and sales reps
• Development of line by styles suited to the US market
• Maintenance of the line by styles for range planning
• Work with Sales and Marketing to develop and execute line releases
• Manage and maintain seasonal purchase plans
• Assist with catalog preparation
• General administrative duties, as required
• Undertake competitor and sales analysis


The successful applicant will preferably have some experience in the fashion/sports industry, with a background in Technical products. A degree in business, marketing or finance will be highly regarded. You will be computer literate in advanced excel and AS400, commercially astute and have a desire to further your career in the industry.
