OVERVIEW: Lead, manage and execute holistic digital
marketing strategies for Amer Sports Americas (ASA)
brands, primarily focused on Salomon, Atomic and Suunto
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be
able to perform each essential duty and responsibility
satisfactorily:
• Adapt Global Digital Marketing strategies for the
ASA brands to ensure compelling and consumer focused
regional digital marketing strategies
• In close collaboration with the ASA Brand
Managers, ensure the digital marketing strategy is
seamlessly integrated and executed in category specific
Go To Market Plans
• Working with Ecomm and Brand Managers, take
ownership of the digital marketing annual calendars
across all digital marketing touch points
• Ensure ASA brands are always presented to trade
and consumers within brand equity guidelines
• Act as the conduit between Ecommerce, Brand and
Commercial teams to ensure full understanding and
alignment of digital marketing strategies and calendars
• Manage the social media strategy and outputs for
each brand, utilizing third party resources for execution
where necessary
• Have a full working knowledge and ability to
manage social media dashboards for the execution and
analysis of digital marketing programs
• Provide Global Digital marketing mangers with
timely and relevant regional market feedback to ensure
continual improvement of Global Digital Marketing
strategy
• Create a comprehensive Digital marketing tool box
• Co-ordinate and manage digital media programs
across ASA brands
• Work closely with ASA Ecommerce managers to
ensure each brand is maximizing email acquisition,
lifecycle and output and SEO opportunities
• Work with Brand Marketing, Commercial teams and
Ecommerce to ensure correct online merchandising of
product presentations
• Provide online retailers with the necessary tools
to ensure ASA brands are presented in accordance with
respective brand equity and to optimize the consumer
buying experience
• Interpret data and metrics to continually
evaluate online programs ROI and make recommendations for
improvements
• Maintain an ongoing and thorough understanding of
new and emerging digital technologies to ensure ASA
brands are at the forefront of consumer and Go To Market
digital strategy
• Look for synergies and scale across all ASA
brands
• Track and manage digital marketing invoices and
budgets
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or
university
• Minimum of five (5) years digital marketing
experience on either the agency or client side
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategy,
social media, ecommerce, paid media, SEO and current
consumer online trends
