WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a skilled Citrix Engineer to join our team. The Citrix Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Citrix infrastructure for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Citrix technologies and experience with Citrix administration, virtualization, and troubleshooting.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
* Design, implement, and maintain Citrix infrastructure, including virtual desktops, virtual applications, and associated Citrix components such as NetScaler, StoreFront, and Director
* Work with other teams to design and implement virtualization infrastructure to support Citrix environment
* Develop and maintain documentation of Citrix environment, including policies, procedures, and technical diagrams
* Provide support to end-users to troubleshoot issues related to Citrix environment
* Monitor and manage Citrix environment to ensure maximum availability and performance
* Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24x7 support for Citrix environment
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure Citrix environment is integrated with other systems
* Identify and implement improvements to Citrix environment to optimize performance, security, and scalability
