Summary of:
The goal of the store is to showcase Rip Curl product in a memorable shopping environment, maintain superior customer service, store and staff presentation to maximize profits and return on investment.

For our Full-Time Management positions, the ideal candidate will be people oriented and have experience and ability to manage people and operations of a retail shop. The individual must have strong management and organizational skills and be able to think proactively. Strong communication skills both verbally and written are required, along with previous experience and training of customer service skills.
