We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Color & Trim Developer to join our Product Development team. This individual will be responsible for managing lab-dip approvals across all product categories, as well as developing trims, packaging and Development support. This position is a contract position that has opportunity for permanent placement.

Key Responsibilities:

Color Development & Lab-Dip Management

• Manage and track all lab-dip submissions across categories, ensuring timely approvals to meet development timelines.
• Collaborate with mills and vendors to ensure color accuracy and consistency against seasonal color standards.
• Coordinate and send clear, concise lab-dip comments to suppliers.
• Maintain lab-dip tracking tools and update teams on status in plm system.

Trim & Packaging Development

• Develop seasonal and carryover trims in partnership with the development
• Source and track new packaging components / Approve packaging against spec
• Ensure all trims and packaging meet performance and testing requirements.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in color, trim, or accessory development preferred.
• Strong understanding of color theory, textiles, and material construction.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in managing approvals, documentation and organization.
• Proficiency in PLM systems
