Job Description:
Stussy is looking for an Apparel & Accessories Product Developer to join the team in Irvine, CA.

Position Summary:
Product Developer with knowledge of entire product development process from tech pack to production handover.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily communication between vendors and design team during all phases of development
- Responsible for sourcing and development of designated product categories
- Working closely with Designers, sales and merchandising teams
- Finalize and manage tech packs including bill of materials, fabric sheets, trim sheets, and spec sheets.
- Maintain consistent and clear communication with domestic and overseas vendors to ensure product deliveries are being met
- Create finished tech packs from design concept for all Stussy Chapter Store exclusive projects
- Develop all styles for all Stussy Chapter Store exclusive projects
- Negotiate costing with vendors to ensure that target margins are met for all Chapter Store exclusive projects
- Ensure all style information is updated and current
- Finalize all styles prior to bulk sampling order date for each season and meet all calendar timeline
- Manage and keep all samples organized for easy access for photoshoots, customer send-outs, and sales team

Requirements:
- Candidate should have at least 3 years experience in product development
- Must be deadline driven
- Knowledge of product development timelines
- Must be able to multi task and work in fast paced environment
- Must be proactive with a solution/result oriented attitude
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication and follow through skills
- Must be highly organized and detailed oriented
- Must be MAC computer literate in Applications – Adobe Illustrator, Word, and Excel
- Knowledge of any product categories assigned
- Must work well in a team environment
