Injinji is looking for a full time Content Marketing Manager to join our team in San Diego, CA. The option for remote work is available for the right candidate. The Content Marketing Manager will be an integral part of the team in turning the strategic marketing and communications plan into reality. The Manager will work closely with the Marketing Director to understand the vision and plan, create the necessary copy and work with the graphic designers to create public-ready content. The Manager will directly oversee social media content, email content, website content and ad content. The Manager will also manage the existing affiliate program and work towards growing that platform. The Manager will work closely with the Team Injinji Athlete Manager to deliver athlete content in a relevant and timely manner. Lastly, the Manager should be willing and prepared to wear toesocks to provide first-person experience and insight and incorporate that into the marketing content.
Responsibilities:
· Create and edit copy for social, email, web and marketing campaigns
· Manage and maintain Injinji’s ongoing email campaigns and flows
· Create new, segmented and personalized emails campaigns that are relevant, exciting, and drive loyalty
· Maintain Injinji’s Peak Perks Club – loyalty program
· Coordinate content from Team Injinji to be integrated throughout all marketing channels
· Responsible for scheduling and posting content across all social media platforms and maintaining relationships with customers
· Work with the Marketing Director on content creation schedule throughout the year
· Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure copy, graphs and audiences are aligned
· Collaborate with the team in analyzing and reporting on all paid placements and campaigns
· Assist in set up and creation of digital ad campaigns
· Manage and oversee the affiliate network
· Provide feedback and ideas for expanding the brand to new
