Converses Brand Creative team is in search of a Design Intern. For current college students who want to break into Brand Marketing with a concentration in Design, this is an opportunity to learn the business from the ground-up and help support and create tools and aid processes that impact how we go to market. You will become an integral teammate across our Seasonal Brand Marketing design process.
Day-to-day work will include but will not be limited to:
Asset Creation: Support team in developing seasonal regional digital (eComm, organic and paid social) and brick & mortar retail assets for wholesale, DTC (direct to consumer) and partner accounts following Global Brand Visual Center guidelines. Create clear and concise decks to present the work to collaborators.
Help support the pre and postproduction processes: We need someone who can jump in and confidently learn everything from making a creative shot list, making image selects, formulating retouching notes, etc.
Creative brainstorming: Collaborate with teammates on creative ideas for small seasonal photo shoots or activations. Create concept decks of these ideas to share with the team.

What you bring to Converse
Qualifications:
You're a full-time college student in your sophomore year (Spring 2026 or Fall 2025 grad date) majoring in Marketing, Digital Design, Digital Art Direction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Passion for the Converse Brand and footwear (Be prepared, we want to know your Converse story!)
Portfolio of your creative work is required
Resume in PDF form is required
Skills:
Passion for current and upcoming trends in design and footwear what are the top brands doing in their space and how can we elevate ours?
Excellent Knowledge of Keynote, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Illustrator, InDesign. After Effects a plus.
Deadline and detail oriented.
Extraordinary team player who enjoys collaborating on projects/ideas.
Ability to look beyond how we do things today and have the confidence to present new ideas.
