Are you a team player who can support the creation of unique and engaging digital strategies across channels that brings products to life, inspires consumers to fall in love with Converse, and helps drive business results? As the Converse Digital Marketing Intern, you are a creative digital thinker who will join our cross-functional global team who will assist an offense set up to consult on the ever-changing media and retail landscape.
Who we are looking for:
Were looking for digital natives who live for advertising, paid media and popular culture. They are up to date on the latest media trends and have an affinity for whats next. Are you interested in hype and sneaker culture? Does working to connect with streetwear trends to audiences through technology excite you? If so, this internship will allow you to gain exposure to the existing digital marketing and media strategy experience.
What youll experience:
Throughout an 8-10 week summer internship, you will receive on-the-job experiences within, an ever changing media and digital landscape. We are trail blazing team called Consumer Engagement which sits within the Global Marketing function. Examples of project work may include:
Build out audience segmentation obsess our audience and enable Converse to deliver more tailored messaging and build strong connections with consumers.
Assemble competitive media insight and trend analysis provide an understanding of the environment we are playing in and co-create ideas that identify whitespace.
Work in partnership with teammates on strategies, shape our test & learns for key platforms that are critical to youth culture.
Be ready to drive innovation and help create global media strategies alongside geo partners globally in the Converse ecosystem.

What you will bring:
Qualifications:
Enrolled in an MBA program or Masters in Marketing with an expected graduation date of December 2024 or Spring 2025
3-5 years work experience strongly preferred
Direct Marketing experience in media or social preferred
Collaborative, innovative, and strategic problem solver, with a proven track record to drive and deliver results
Global perspective

Skills:
Channel savvy; able to understand the nuances behind marketing across social, digital and traditional.
Proactive and eager to grow in a fast-paced, dynamic, and creative environment.
Creative, detail-oriented, and flexible.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Effective planning, project management, and communication abilities.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate observations and insights into action.
