We are fortunate to have experienced rapid growth and outperformed our category in the Resort and Spa market over the last four years, and are seeking a highly motivated, energetic sales professional to represent the COOLA brand in new markets and territories.
Job Responsibilities Include:
• Maintain and grow sales at our existing accounts
• Partner with accounts to help them develop their business with event ideas, display options, training with staff incentive programs, provide full support on all levels.
• Administrative efforts such as scheduling, travel reports, weekly account, and leads report.
• In store events, service visits, and training workshops
• Be able to work out of your home as your base
• Participate in and support educational/training programs, new product launches, and trade shows
• Travel as required
Job Qualifications and Necessary Skills
• Prior independent Sales rep experience
• Accountability for sales figures at all points of sale within region
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Multi-tasking, analytical and problem solving skills
• Proven ability to effectively present the brand in training sessions
• Concept and image oriented, with excellent communication skills
• Valid driver's license (for car travel) and the willingness to travel throughout the region
• In store relationships a plus
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2-5 years of sales experience
• Great communication skills
Pay:
This is a commission only job which will be discussed upon interview.
