YOUR MISSIONThis position supports the COBRA PUMA GOLF brand in Carlsbad, CA.
Support the Order Management Specialist with management of the Custom Open Order Book to ensure production is aligned with sales strategy.
Responsible for releasing orders through source order release program.
Maintain standard operating procedures and best practices to optimize order entry and processing.
Use operational and product knowledge to provide training and guidance to internal and external sales teams.
Work cross functionally with the Planning team to ensure custom component availability.
Collaborate with Warehouse and Quality functions to prioritize inspection of incoming supply.
Support continuous improvement activities aimed at reducing operational costs and improving operational efficiencies.
Support custom product configuration activities for new product launches.
Enter and modify custom orders as needed.
Support Sales with the end-of-life process for custom products. Review supply vs demand and manage active SKUs.
YOUR TALENTCollege degree preferred.
Must have a combined 2+ years of experience in Customer Service and/or Order Entry.
Must be self-motivated and a team player.
Passion for our brands and the game of golf.
Technical knowledge of golf equipment and assembly operations.
Must be able to use basic Excel functions.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively with people in a cross-functional environment.
Ability to multi-task and be organized.
Working knowledge of product supply chain.
Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred.
The Hiring range base pay for this position is $18.70 - $25.98 + Bonus + Benefits
