Together our teammates are unified by our values and are grounded in our vision to inspire you with performance solutions you never knew you needed but can’t imagine living without.Position SummaryThe Wave Planner Works with the PC Managers and CSR group to prioritize customer orders and to maintain all shipping schedules, while building waves of work and keeping the operation active.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesInclusive, but not limited, to the following duties:Works with Customer Service Representative and the PC Managers to ensure that all orders are planned and prioritized in order to meet or exceed customer expectationsWorks with the Operations Managers and Supervisors to ensure they remain on schedule and that all orders are completed on time for shippingResponsible for keeping the operations teams busy with a constant steady flow of orders and advising the team when the work is/will be limited.Coordinates special, last minute order requests with the customer service, operations and transportation groups.Notifies the Operations team of all requested changes from the customer regarding scheduling, processing and shipping.Ensures that all customer orders are waved and processed in order of priorityResponsible for following orders through the entire process, ensuring orders are 100% completed and all waves are cleaned from the wave screen as efficiently as possible.Ensures all orders are routed in a timely manner.Qualifications (Knowledge & Abilities)To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
