What you’ll need to do:
- Ideation, development and implementation of creative concepts across all media channels
- Develop creative concepts and 360° campaigns in collaboration with the Creative Leads to ensuring high quality, on-brief and impactful work with storytelling at its core
- Create headlines, short and long copy, claims, campaign manifestos, film treatments and scripts
- Help build presentation structure and narrative
- Ensure content is innovative, on-brand and consistent with the VIRTUE’s values
- Take on pitches and projects and own your work from start to finish
- Collaborate with Strategy, Project Management, Client Services and Production throughout the entirety of ever project
- Manage and work – sometimes independently and under tight deadlines – while juggling multiple projects
What you should bring to the table:
- Smart, bold, creative thinking and a “culture-nerd” mentality
- Ability to write, communicate and present fluently in both German and English
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Creative/Copywriter in an advertising agency or start-up
- Desire to create successful, culturally relevant content
- Passion, positivity and drive
- Appreciate a borderless and diverse collaboration across the Globe
- A forward-thinking and socially-conscious perspective
- Ability to work both independently or with a team
- Experience balancing several projects at once with tight deadlines
- Deep knowledge and interest in digital media, social media and content
- Proficiency in Google Slides and Keynote
