We are building out our digital team and are looking for a talented customer acquisition specialist who is interested in building the Common Thread Collective brand, as well as those of our clients, through exceptional online advertising experiences. We are looking for conceptual thinkers with great analytical skills who can bring the biggest of ideas to life while staying flexible and managing day-to-day workload.
We formed the Common Thread Collective because we hated the traditional marketing agency model. It’s broken and we want to fix it. In almost all agency-client relationships there is a struggle of agencies wanting to bill as much money for as little work as possible. Conversely, brands want as much work for as little money. This disconnect creates tension and bad relationships. So we created a digital sales agency that ties our pay to performance—directly proportional to the amount of increased revenue we bring our clients. Here’s the who, what, where, when, and why behind us:
Who: We are a digital sales agency.
What: We build digital communities to drive online sales.
Where: We work with early-stage, active lifestyle brands that want to drive online business. When: We’ve been around since 2012.
Why: We are passionate about helping entrepreneurs achieve their dreams.
Our core values:
• There is room for the truth in marketing—Marketing is different today. Consumers see
through inauthentic campaigns. We believe in authentic relationships between brands and
influencers. Michael Jordan doesn’t eat McDonald’s.
• Compassionate Candor—Speak truth and hold each other accountable in a respectful,
loving way.
• Think Big—Believe that we can do things others haven’t done. Create. Dream impossibly.
• The One Thing—Time block to help you execute the most important things first.
• We are all entrepreneurs of our own life—We exist to help entrepreneurs achieve their dreams. Therefore, we invest in each other through learning and continuous self- improvement to make sure each team member at CTC has a vision for their life and that we all play a part in helping one another achieve it!
