Overall Scope of Position

The Customer Experience Representative will play a crucial role in Pactimo’s expanding online Retail Division, primarily focusing on customer service needs via phone. This position involves managing customer communication, providing product information, resolving customer issues, and handling returns and exchanges.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver world class customer service mainly via phone

• Create orders using our order management and fulfillment systems

• Answer questions regarding customer accounts and orders

• Educate customers on our product line and offerings

• Occasionally assist with outside marketing events and activities

• Process returns, exchanges, and warranties

Qualifications

• Some cycling experience preferred

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

• Must be customer-focused, proactive, and team-oriented

• Quick learner and ability to multitask

• Proven problem-solving skills

• Self-directed and motivated

• Ability to adapt and build on processes of a growing company

• Positive attitude
