Haydenshapes is hiring a Customer Service and Order Fulfillment Representative for the Flagship Retail Space in El Segundo, CA.

Customer Service and Order Fulfillment Representative:

Customer Service:
• Opening and closing duties of Haydenshapes Retail Space
• In-store customer service and management of retail and eCommerce sales via POS / Shopify
• Customer Service correspondence via phone, email, online chat
• Retail Merchandising and monthly inventory/management of stock adjustments via inventory management system / TradeGecko
• Solicitation and assistance of custom order sales
• Ensuring deadlines are met, and boards are packed and shipped in an efficient and timely manner

Warehousing and Order Fulfillment:
• The day to day running of the Haydenshapes El Segundo Warehousing Sector
• Quality Control Surfboards
• Package and prepare boards (custom order) for delivery
• Ensure that the warehouse, office, and showroom area is organized and tidy at all times
• Daily cleaning routine
• All shipping and receiving of goods – working with freight services to fulfill Wholesale, DTC, retail sales orders.
• Company deliveries and general admin tasks as directed

Experience and requirements
• 1+ years of experience in retail sales
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals
• Surf industry experience highly favourable
• Ability to solve problems independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Mail, Sheets, and Docs.
• Can work full time and be open to weekend work
