It's time for triathlon apparel to get a makeover. For years, we've struggled to find modern apparel that commanded attention without screaming for it. We longed for technical product innovation combined with stylistic, simplistic, fashion-forward excellence. We couldn't find it, so we decided to make it.

Professional triathlete & 9-time Ironman Champion, Luke McKenzie, has been testing cycling and triathlon apparel since the early 1990's. In 2013, after wind-tunnel aerodynamics testing, Luke was one of the first triathletes to wear a sleeved skinsuit for long-course triathlon (along with that trucker hat), proving it worked when he placed 2nd at the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii.

The fulfillment specialist and customer service role is essential to the operations of our warehouse. This person is responsible for fulfilling sales orders and working with customers to manage and inquiries about their order. The fulfillment specialist and customer service's function is to receive orders and fulfill the orders quickly and efficiently, while also responding to customers inquiries, and working with customers to problem solve any issues regarding their order.

The fulfillment specialist and customer service rep receives order information, finds the right products in the warehouse, ships orders to customers, and also works with customers to problem solve any issues they are facing with their order. They also pack and ship goods, and ensure their delivery in a timely fashion.

Daily Functions:

• Fulfill orders from Shopify
• Process returns using Loop Returns
• Fold and put away returns
• Manage inventory
• Maintain warehouse organization
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness
• Receive incoming shipments and cross reference PO’s
• Count and organize incoming products
• Create Inventory Transfers
• Receive, count and organize new products
• Receive, count and organize restocks of products
• Manage fulfillment shipping supplies - let U.S Director of Operations know when supplies are low
• Help customers by answering questions, resolving complaints, and providing information about our products
• Use our customer service CRM to manage inquiries via email and social
• Engage with customers is a friendly and solution oriented manner

Requirements:

• Must be familiar with e-commerce
• Must be familiar with Shopify
