Koral is a small, innovative luxury activewear business in Santa Monica, CA. We are professional, agile, innovative and our goal is to Design and sell high quality active apparel, leisure apparel, accessories and footwear.

We are seeking experienced professionals with excellent customer service skills to join our team of Customer Service Representatives. The successful candidates must be professional, dependable and proficient at working in a fast-paced environment. Our Customer Service Specialists are responsible for providing customers with excellent service, using company policies to solve customer issues, and assisting with any questions that customers may have about our products along with owning order management and delivery.

• Initiate, respond and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
• Assist reps in managing accounts
• New account set up
• Order management including data entry, pick ticket generation, EDI processes, order maintenance
• Produce weekly reports to assist sales and operations
• 3PL communication including pick ticket generation, shipping/routing instructions, majors requirements, order VAS needs
• NuOrder support
• Cross-functional department communication
