POSITION TITLE: Customer Service Representative
REPORTS TO: Customer Service Supervisor
BUSINESS AREA/ COMPANY/ DEPARTMENT: Regional Accounts
LOCATION: Ogden, UT
GRADE: 2
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily:
• Responsible for servicing and maintaining existing accounts.
• Work with clients via telephone, in person and e-mail.
• Enter orders accurately and proficiently.
• Monitor existing orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Respond to inquiries from dealers and consumers.
• Maximize potential sales opportunities with customers on the phone.
• Possess strong conflict resolution skills.
• Process dealer, sample/demo, warranty and special sales orders.
• Complete related records, reports and documentation in a timely fashion.
• Provide training and assistance for new and seasonal hires.
• Disseminate technical information and provide product knowledge for multiple product lines.
• Position carries the responsibility of working independently and making decisions that will benefit the overall business operation.
• Perform miscellaneous projects as required
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
None
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2 years related experience in a customer service environment.
