WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Were looking for a Consumer Services Data Insights & Audit Specialist to join our EMEA Nike Direct Digital Commerce Consumer Services team! This role helps us to further professionalize, control and optimize our outsourcing strategy & operations. The candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter, has outstanding analytical & reporting skills, is able to translate data into actionable insights, is detail oriented and has a lean & data driven mentality.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Youll build reporting and deliver insights gathered from data to audit our vendors & operations. You transform raw data into actionable insights to support projects & continuous improvement initiatives and build data driven business cases to drive improvement & prioritization across Nike Digital, Global and stakeholders. You support in the Lean transformation of Consumer Services through the data & insights. You partner and leverage relationships with internal cross-functional teams as well as third parties/vendors. Make recommendations and support the execution of our strategy. Additionally, you support also with privacy related inquiries.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report into the Consumer Services Support Director and work closely with the different CS teams & leadership, such as CS Support, Business Development, Service Experience, WFM Vendor Management and our Vendors. Additionally, you will collaborate with your colleagues within Nike Direct Digital Commerce, Consumer Direct Sciences, Global Consumer Services & geos, Fraud, Privacy and Legal.
WHAT YOU BRING
3 years experience in a relevant professional business environment with an emphasis on data & insights
Strong analytical skills: Ability to build reporting from scratch, structure and simplify complex problems into clear, data driven and digestible output
Ability to translate findings into strategic recommendations
Strong communication and influencing skills; ability to bring together cross-functional teams, build relationships, influence prioritisation based on impact, create alignment and address risks.
Positive attitude and high energy to tackle new and ambiguous challenges and drive business impact.
Self-driven individual, with a strong sense of ownership, lean approach, eye for detail and passion for excellence
Experience working as data specialist in a contact center environment preferred
Proficient with Excel, SQL, Tableau.
Alteryx, Python, , Salesforce knowledge would be a plus.
