Job Description:
Fjallraven USA is looking for a Dealer Services Representative to join the team at the North American headquarters in Louisville, CO.
The Dealer Services Representative will work to fulfill all responsibilities related to incoming orders/inquiries and managing outgoing orders in a timely and professional manner. Attention to accuracy, organization, and strong verbal/written communication skills between departments and customers are necessary to help grow the brand.
Responsibilities:
- Order entry and management with ERP system (Microsoft AX) within assigned accounts and territories
- Coverage of dealer services phone lines during business hours 8 am - 5 pm M-F
- Responding to customer and rep inquiries and requests via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Facilitating communication between departments, including shipping, sales, and finance
- Developing relationships and personal knowledge within assigned customer groups, sales reps, and territories
- Ability and willingness to learn about company products, programs, and mission
