<p>Oversee creation of high-quality, detailed, and accurate renderings for windows, events, showrooms, and misc. projects based on high level creative concepts in close collaboration with creative lead. Manage and mentor team of junior designers to distribute work based on workload.</p><p></p><p><span class="emphasis-3"><b>Responsibilities:</b></span></p><ul><li>Work directly with creative lead to design and render all windows, environments and special projects with junior design team</li><li>Create realistic 3D and 2D renderings to visualize a concept to reality with regard to spatial understanding, brand aesthetic, and production logistics</li><li>Develop and manage the junior designers with skills to streamline programs used and to create an efficient workflow from start to finish</li><li>Design windows with strong retail knowledge and understanding of regional needs</li><li>Helping to evolve and define our visual language</li><li>Liaison between creative to update all renderings as needed with rendering team</li><li>Help to define our visual language</li><li>Prepare keynote presentations to present rendering work</li><li>Work closely with production manager on detailed drawings for prototypes, helping to oversee outcome of physical elements</li><li>Help manage and track freelance budget as needed</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><span class="emphasis-3"><b>Qualifications:</b></span></p><ul><li>Design degree inclusive of Interior, Industrial, Architectural, Graphic, Retail and Experiential</li><li>7+ years of creative 3D design</li><li>Rendering capabilities: Sketchup, Vray, Rhino. Additional: Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote</li><li>Ability to read architectural drawings and understanding materials and how things are built</li><li>Must have strong time management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Should be reliable, focused, creative and detail-oriented</li><li>Comfortable providing input and suggesting changes when in the process of designing/rendering if an idea is not working out visually, conceptually, or logistically. Designing with this intent</li><li>A creative and conceptual background, and the ability to understand how things are built. Spatial understanding is necessary to the way an environment will be experienced. It is also essential that the candidate is able to adapt to the brand aesthetic along with a constantly changing landscape within the retail world. Ability to pivot last minute and approach projects with solvable solutions</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Pay Range:
$134,925 - $182,175<br>PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
