<p><b>POSITION SUMMARY:</b></p><p>The Licensing Design Studio manager provides operational support to the GVP of Licensing Concept Design. This team member will be responsible for managing priority studio projects, assisting design team in facilitating licensee presentations and product reviews. Also works directly with the VP Product Management during key calendar times to review Asia specific product categories.</p><p></p><p><b>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:</b></p><ul><li>Assist during product review meetings with our licensing partners, to include preparation for the meeting, note taking, and follow up.</li><li>Conduct submit review to provide licensees a clear direction and guidance on silhouette, garment construction and product components such as fabrics, fit and trims.</li><li>Work with each licensee partner on product revisions based on comments until approved.</li><li>Communicate follow up design and product information internally and externally with partners.</li><li>Maintain and track design information and product approval record in house.</li><li>Assist in sending/receiving samples & protos.</li><li>Support the Licensing Ops team in organizing advertising samples for the Marketing and Fashion Office departments.</li><li>Organize department sample archive.</li><li>Prepare and plan all on-site design meetings (Licensing room set up for presentations and product reviews) for Apparel teams.</li><li>Liaises with Studio Manager for Non-Apparel to connect on Calendar, Meeting prep, and set up.</li><li>In-person meeting preparation and follow up: reviews upcoming meetings to ensure meeting attendees have all logistical needs ready in advance.</li><li>Support any administrative, organizational, and clerical tasks, as needed.</li><li>Assist any special corporate projects as assigned.</li></ul><div><p></p></div><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:</b></p><p><b>Experience</b>:</p><ul><li>5-7 years experience in a creative environment</li></ul><p><b>Education: </b></p><ul><li>Bachelor degree required</li></ul><p><b>Skills: </b></p><div><ul><li>Highly organized and detail oriented</li><li>Must be extremely flexible to deadline demands/seasonal schedules</li><li>Excellent computer software skills Microsoft Office; Adobe CS, Illustrator, Photoshop</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul></div><p></p><p></p><p>#LI-JL2<b> </b></p><div class = "countryDisclaimer"> <p style="font-style: italic;">PVH Corp. or its subsidiary ("PVH") is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
