Topo Designs is an outdoor lifestyle brand located in Denver, CO. Our business has been growing consistently over the last 13 years thanks to the efforts of a small group of hard-working, dynamic-thinking, impact-driven individuals. To continue our meteoric growth we are looking for like-minded people to join our product team. The position will start as an active working manager in the short term and grow into a role of management of the process and eventually a team. The salary range for this position is $80,000 - 90,000 with fringe benefits up to another $5,000-8,000. See below for specifics on additional benefits.

Experience/Education Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Development, Product, Merchandising or similar field
• 5+ years in apparel, bags or accessories development in the outdoor industry or related field
• 2+ years in managing direct reports utilizing clear deliverables, direction and calendar
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office
Duties and Responsibilities:
With the shared goal of providing our loyal customers with the most stylish, highest quality, sustainable products, our development team works within a tightly controlled calendar. Our success in delivering great products depends on clear communications established through a work environment. We place great value on finding team members who are interested in having immediate impact through constant dialogue, a strong work ethic and a constant desire for growth.
• Lead, manage, and participate in the execution of all apparel and bag development work needed on a seasonal basis across all Topo Designs product categories
• Work with the Product Line Manager and design team to understand and execute against the seasonal direction and design intent
• Work with our supply chain partners to establish seasonal material, fabrics and trim
• Oversee and execute seasonal development tech pack creation, including coordination of package handoff to all factory partners
• Oversee the creation and execution of all mens and womens fit specifications
• Partner with the Director of Product to set product development schedule and follow through the design/development process
• Provide transparency on timeline conflicts, risks, changes and action items day-to-day
