This summer you could work for one of Levi Strauss & Co.’s iconic brands! Our Fostering Influential Talent (F.I.T.) Internship Program give students real-world exposure to one of the world’s leading fashion and apparel companies. Our 10-week Summer F.I.T. Program is based at a LS&Co. office and is the perfect way to gain work experience in the core of the organization, while learning what a career at LS&Co. might have in store for you.
In addition to daily responsibilities, all F.I.T. Interns will participate in summer project in their department to support an important business initiative and work with various areas of our business and our brands. Leadership seminars and career exploration learning series connect our interns to our leaders and provide exposure to different career paths internally. Intern performance will be assessed over the Summer and could potentially lead to a full-time offer upon graduation.

Partner with the Sr. Manager of Change Management to support the change management efforts (approach and process to help individuals, teams, and organizations across transform) to accelerate the LS&Co. evolution to digital, starting and ending with our people.

Conduct needs analysis with Digital Teams and Business Users to design high impact programs and experiences relevant to the audience
!
Support the development, implementation, and execution of user-centric, high impact change programs (such as communications strategies, training programs, user feedback, stakeholder approach, etc.,) across multiple, complex initiatives
About You

Excellent stakeholder management skills, adept at developing and maintaining effective working relationships across all levels
!
Execute with excellence –?action-oriented, drives for results, reviews progress, acts decisively, can be counted on to meet goals
!
Energized by creativity and innovation. Strives to bring new approaches to the table. Bold and experimenting mindset.

Enrolled in a graduate program, specializing in Business or a related discipline
Additional Information:

Salary: $30/Hour for undergraduate and associate and $55/Hour for graduate
!
Relocation: Travel and housing assistance will be provided if you need to relocate for the summer
!
