First Lite is seeking a creative, self-motivated, detail-oriented, marketer to execute paid digital advertising campaigns. This is a full-time position that will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to expand the First Lite digital advertising portfolio.
Essential Job Functions:
PPC
• Work in conjunction with the Digital Marketing Manager to design, build, launch, test, and optimize all PPC ad campaign types (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, App, Smart, Discovery, etc.) across ad platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Verizon Gemini, etc.).
• Leverage keyword tools (SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, etc.) to build grouped keyword lists, and generate new ads to support keyword groups.
• Write, test, and implement compelling, industry-leading Search ads while following best practices within PPC ad platforms.
• Use integrated tracking pixels and PPC ad platforms to build, test, and modify Custom Audiences (remarketing, customer match, affinity, intent, detailed demographics, etc.)
• Make modifications to product feeds and Shopping ads, using Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Microsoft Ads.
• Run experiments for bidding strategies, ad types, and ad settings and present findings to Digital Marketing Manager.
Social Advertising
• Design, implement and optimize social media advertising campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Explore & test various ad formats, bidding strategies, and targeting techniques.
• Use Facebook Catalog Manager to build product sets for interactive Storefront ads.
• Stay up to date with trends, updates, and feature releases.
• Build prospecting and retargeting audiences.
Display Advertising
• Design, build and launch display advertisements to meet brand standards, placement requirements, and campaign deadlines.
• Maintain and track display advertising placements across forums and partner websites.
• Run A/B tests on design features to enhance CTR for specific display ad placements.
Reporting & Tracking
• Track ad placements using UTMs.
• Build Data Studio reports tracking advertising performance.
• Use HubSpot advertising tools to gain insight into sales attribution.
• Review SEMrush reports and analytics tools to gain insight into successes, failures, and areas of opportunity.
