The Digital Marketing Manager, CX is a leader of our brands’ content and digital experience. This person will manage planning and support production for all digital content marketing and digital experience. He, she or they will serve as connective tissue between cross functional marketing teams and Digital SME teams to ensure our digital marketing is driving measurable impact. The role requires someone who is well-organized and a creative thinker with a background in digital marketing strategy and digital content development.
Essential Job Functions:
MANAGE DIGITAL MARKETING OUTPUT: Day-to-day leadership of content planning and production for digital marketing across web, social and related channels. Project planning for experiential digital engagements such as AR/VR, web3 tactics and other forms of experiential digital marketing.
DRIVE PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Lead design and manage usage of project management systems for continuous and clear communication, assignments and milestones. Ensure that cross-functional teams are aligned on goals and collaboration is high from idea generation to execution.
GENERATE DIGITAL CONTENT IDEAS: Serve as primary catalyst for developing goal-oriented and creative digital content concepts; recruit collaboration from cross-functional teams and ensure there's clear accountability and workflows to deliver action plans. Bring tangible concepts and tactical ideas to the table.
TEAM-BUILDING & COMMUNICATIONS: Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a team of Specialists. Ensure clear communication, efficient workflows and action-oriented growth plans are in place for junior team members. Manage up to senior leadership with information that supports individual and team growth based upon objectives.
ANALYSIS & INTELLIGENCE: be a primary point of contact for digital marketing insights across both trend and competitive arenas. Collaborate w/ relevant cross-functional partners to build, deliver and act upon analytics and reporting on consistent timelines and for special projects.
Position Requirements:
+5 years of experience in digital marketing; focus on content planning / development.
+2 years of experience managing other employees.
Proficiency with content production and editing tools such as Final Cut and Adobe suite a plus.
Media certifications such as Google, Meta and/or more are a plus.
Studies in marketing, communications and/or related fields with a background in digital marketing.
Must be able to travel 15% of the time.
