The Digital Marketing Manager reports to the Marketing Director and undertakes all digital marketing including updates and new content for websites, social media and email communications. Tasks also include adaptation of existing print ad templates for media placement, photo and video production management and general design for multiple and varied projects. An important role is the rapid and timely placement of new financial support programs on-line and in e-Comm and close review of the financial disclaimers for these programs to ensure accuracy and legal compliance.
Frequent contact is required with internal colleagues in sales, aftersales and service departments to assist with marketing or communication projects related to those areas. Interaction with the home office in Europe to place and adapt centrally-produced marketing content, photography, stories and ads will occur almost daily.
The marketing team is close-knit and enthusiastic and the successful applicant must be an excellent team-player, personable and a self-starter, hard-working and always ready to pitch in and help others. It is necessary to manage multiple projects and conflicting deadlines in a very fast-paced environment. Domestic travel is occasional and may be required for events and dealer open-houses to support the event team and gather and process content for social media and on-line use. International travel is infrequent but may also occur.
Interest in motorsports and experience in the motorcycle or automotive worlds is a big plus. The job is challenging but never dull and takes place in one of the most exciting and dynamic product companies in the world.
