In the position of Digital Marketing Manager you will be -- Responsible for all digital activity happening with the brand. Design and manage the content strategy and planning in coordination with Brand Management, Creative, UX, Social, Media and Retail teams. Act as the connective tissue between cross-functional marketing teams and agency partners to ensure our efforts are as dynamic and impactful as possible.
Essential Job Functions:
Day-to-day leadership of content planning and production for digital marketing across web, social and related channels. Project planning for experiential digital engagements such as Augmented reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR), web3 tactics and other forms of experiential digital marketing.
Lead design and manage usage of project management systems for continuous and clear communication, assignments and milestones. Ensure that cross-functional teams are aligned on goals and collaboration is high from idea generation to execution.
Serve as primary catalyst for developing goal-oriented and creative digital content concepts; recruit collaboration from cross-functional teams and ensure there's clear accountability and workflows to deliver action plans. Bring tangible concepts and tactical ideas to the table.
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a team of specialists. Ensure clear communication, efficient workflows and action-oriented growth plans are in place for junior team members. Manage up to senior leadership with information that supports individual and team growth based upon objectives.
Point of contact for digital marketing insights across both trend and competitive arenas. Collaborate with relevant cross-functional partners to build, deliver and act upon analytics and reporting on consistent timelines and for special projects.
Position Requirements:
Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Marketing, Communications, or related fields of study.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing; focus on content planning /development.
1-3 years of experience in managing other employees.
Proficiency with content production and editing tools such as Final Cut and Adobe suite a plus.
Media certifications such as Google, Meta, etc. preferred
Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: This role is designed for someone with background in digital marketing strategy, content development, social media management and performance measurement.
Salary Range USD 81,100.00 to USD 95,400.00
