PRO Compression is seeking a multi-discipline digital marketer to assist in revenue generation, content production, social media, and influencer marketing for our brand out of our Carlsbad office. In this role, you’ll work closely with our marketing team and will be responsible for initiating and managing campaigns to be used across all owned and paid marketing channels.

We provide a casual office atmosphere from our Carlsbad headquarters. We offer a full benefits package with employer-paid medical insurance.

Responsibilities:


Digital Marketing

• Assist in deploying email marketing campaigns according to promotional calendar
• Update and maintain the brand website and product catalog
• Manage brand ambassador team, affiliate marketing program, and customer loyalty program
• Coordinate co-marketing initiatives with partner brands
• Interfacing with various agency partners as needed


Social Media

• Write short- and long-form content to be used across social and marketing channels
• Plan posts on Facebook brand and group pages
• Be the external voice of the brand when replying to customers on social media and managing relationships online
• Utilize IG and FB for finding high-quality UGC
• Maintain awareness of major holidays and important dates for the business to schedule appropriate posts
• Manage social media content in relation to collaborations with other businesses


Visual Content

• Generate visual content as needed for various marketing channels
• Assist with photo and video shoots as needed; shoot and film content for brand use
• Design digital and print graphics for use across various marketing and social channels
