POSITION SUMMARY //
Lula 101’s Digital Marketing & Sales Assistant requires a “roll up your sleeves” approach to execute multiple projects simultaneously while driving aggressive deadlines. You will be responsible for SEO and optimization, a portion of our written content for the Web, including our websites and blogs, and assisting the sales team with orders. You must be able to manage your work in a timely manner with sharp attention to detail, and you should be a team player who can handle projects from concept to completion. This position has dual reporting to the Operations Manager and the Marketing Coordinator.
This is an entry-level position with long-term growth potential and a great opportunity to learn while applying your innovative digital ideas and sales abilities. To join our team, you should be creative, Internet savvy, outgoing and be self-starter. You must also have excellent writing skills in Japanese, and competent writing skills in English.
Ideally, you will have strong knowledge of the streetwear and youth-oriented lifestyle apparel and accessories scene, as well as a solid understanding of current trends in music, art and fashion for the 18-30 year-old demographic.
RESPONSIBILITIES //
• Execute social media outreach, by delivering content via Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and/or email, including coordinate and delivering email campaigns.
• Plan, execute, and analyze Web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Ensure correct definition and implementation of tagging and instrumentation for marketing campaigns, email, display, live chat tools, etc. to ensure continuity and quality of reporting
• Perform Web traffic analysis and present information. Create ad-hoc reports for key stakeholders.
• Advertising, social media, work on multiple projects concurrently, ensuring deliverables are achieved on time while maintaining the highest quality.
• Translate documents from English into Japanese, and vice versa – including in Word, Excel and PowerPoint files.
• Work within Drupal and Magento to manage rich content on the website, e.g., team rider pages, about us section, look-books and campaign pages
• Use Google Analytics insights to help make decisions on site content and layout
• Develop content and manage site (front end and code) to improve SEO
• Analyze and optimize each social media channel
• Analyze B2B / B2C websites using analytics tools
• Daily security checks
• Mobile user-friendly updates
• Create and add new functions/content/pages
SALES RESPONSIBILITIES //
• Provide marketing support/guidance to sales department.
• Enter and modify orders
• Manage assigned account orders from order beginning to delivery
• Assist with prep and execution of line showings, sales meetings, trade shows and other events
• Provide ATS reports to buyers and solve inventory issues
• Ensure that all open orders are shipped out on the scheduled ship date and prior to cancel date
• Maintain and create account mailing lists, including packaging and mailing items
• Monitor and report on progress toward monthly, quarterly, seasonal, and yearly goals
• Perform inventory analysis as it relates to fulfillment of orders
