YOUR MISSIONResponsible for brand heat and Go-To-Market strategies for COBRA, Golf including but not limited to, TV, print, digital, PR, retail, web, product seeding, and other sports marketing initiatives.
Manages the internal and external communication process to support the brand building initiatives.
Works cross functionally with all necessary departments to achieve brand excellence.
Oversees Cobra PR & Social Media initiatives & campaigns such as brand & product messaging, product seeding and social media influencing.
Participates and collaborates with the Sr. Team in short term and long term strategic brand building and identify key growth drivers, innovations and future ideas for the process.
Manages and works closely with the Cobra agency of record to product all necessary assets for Brand Heat. Including but not limited to Television, Print, Retail & Digital assets.
Oversees the Cobra marketing budget and financial objectives of the annual marketing plans. Works closely with our media placement agency to ensure optimized ROAS.
Leads consumer-facing communication approaches for the brand and serves as a primary marketing point of contact with the external business partners, enabling strong, collaborative working relationships
Identify, develop, and manage marketing talent, organizational structure and personal resources for the department.
Provide marketing direction to Global Cobra Leaders to develop best practices and consistent with brand building.
Participate in key sports marketing decisions, building maximization plans behind each asset.
Understands industry best practices and emerging strategies that will keep the brand marketing up to date and ensure the business a competitive edge in brand awareness, consumer acquisition, and retention
Direct localization of print and television advertising, as well as production of product catalogs.
Manage and oversee the planning of tradeshows, sales meetings, and launch events.
Continually monitors direct competitors’ marketing activities and performance, along with implementing strategies and tactics to compete.
Leads the development and refinement of the brand’s messages and creative designs
YOUR TALENT10+ years of direct marketing experience in the Golf industry or product related industry
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration and/or related fiend. Master’s Degree preferred
Open minded and highly flexible/adaptive management experience that has the ability to develop and motivate team members to deliver their goals.
Demonstrated excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, presentation, communicating, coaching, and people management skills.
Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset; ability to roll up their sleeves and get it actively involved
Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate and manage change throughout the organization including on a global level.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment while handing multiple priorities from different sources at any given time
Proficient marketing experience and understanding of positioning, performance, features and technology, distribution, endorsement, and creative production.
Firm understanding of on course and “off” course golf specialty retail marketing and processes.
The Hiring range base pay for this position is $135,600 - $197,285 + Bonus + Benefits
