WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will drive the engineering delivery of technical capabilities and enhancements in a portfolio spanning access management, identity governance, privileged access management, certificate management, and secrets management for Nike's Business to Business (B2B), Business to Employee, (B2E) and Server to Server (S2S) workflows.
Using your deep background and broad experience in Identity and Access Management, you will work with the Nike Business and with peers in Nike Global Technology to develop, manage and deploy the Enterprise Identity and Access Management (EIAM) solutions that address business risk and issues. These solutions would include new identity management connectors, APIs, websites, reports, plugins and other tooling.
As the Director of EIAM, your teams mission spans the globe and is responsible for all non-consumer identity functions. You will report to the Senior Director of Nike Enterprise Identity and Access Management and be part of Nike's Global Architecture and Platforms Organization.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an engineering lead within the Enterprise Identity and Access Management (EIAM) space. A successful candidate will be well-versed in managing and delivery for enterprise identify management technologies in a large, multi-national corporation.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a track record of successfully delivering large EIAM project-portfolios in a fast-paced environment with accountability for deadlines and value propositions.

WHAT YOU BRING

A success candidate will also meet these criteria:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology or related field. Candidates with a MBA and/or CISM, CISSP preferred.

5-8 years' experience leading and managing teams that deploy large-scale projects; should include comprehensive experience as a business/process leader or as a leader in an IT role.

Demonstrated experience managing direct reports, as well as teams within large cross functional projects.

Demonstrated experience working with globally scaled, enterprise platforms.

Experience with SOX compliance and internal and external audit.

Proven track record of being results orientated with demonstrated ability toachieve aggressivegoals while also managing multiple key priorities.

Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to gather relevant data and information, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas effectively, negotiate tense situations successfully, and manage and resolve conflict.

Proven presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally.

Budget management experience of a multi-million-dollar portfolio.

Demonstrated expertise of building a consensus across business partners and technology leaders as well as influencing successful outcomes.

Must excel working in team-oriented roles that rely on ability to collaborate with others.

Experience working successfully in a matrixed organization.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and balance short and long-term delivery objectives.


WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will manage and lead a team of high performing individuals who create I&AM solutions to meet current and future needs for Nike. You will need to leverage your ability to effectively work cross-functionally with and through business and IT Leaders to build consensus and drive results.
You will work with Technical Product Managers, Program Management, Scrum Leads and business leadership to ensure portfolio commitments are aligned and delivered on time.
