We are looking to fill the following positions:
Inside Sales Rep and Outside Sales Reps
Ideal candidates should have an extensive knowledge in both skateboarding/surfing and the skateboarding/surfing industry. You should have strong current relationships with your account base and be responsible for maintaining our current accounts. Developing new leads and finding new accounts through networking, cold calling, search engines and putting your nose to the grindstone is an absolute must. Qualifications for Inside Sales Rep position:
• 2-5 years sales experience in the Surf or Skate Industry
• Computer proficient in Excel, Word and email programs
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Self motivated, reliable and very well organized
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Available to travel when needed
• Positive attitude
Responsibilities (But not Limited to):
• Meet or exceed sales goals
• Maintain current account base
• Open new accounts and grow business within your territory
• Follow up on orders, product availability, shipments or returns and any other communication with accounts that is needed
• Participate in tradeshows and other marketing events
• Be able to wear multiple hats
Compensation: Salary + Commission

• 2-5 years outside sales experience in the Surf or Skate Industry
• Computer proficient in Excel, Word and email programs
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• High level of self motivation, self discipline and dedication
• Be very reliable and very well organized
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must have exceptional customer service skills
• Reliable transportation
• Positive attitude
• Currently working in the field and strong current customer base is a big plus
Responsibilities (But not Limited to):
• Meet or exceed sales goals
