Rip Curl is a lifestyle and our days are about living it. We are looking for a full -time Assistant Manager with visual merchandising experience for our Santa Monica Retail Store.

The goal of the Retail Store is to showcase Rip Curl product in a memorable shopping environment, maintain superior customer service, store and staff presentation to maximize profits and return on investment.

The ideal candidate will be:
• Must have experience in visual merchandising and with floor supervision.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills and be able to think proactively.
• Retail driven in order to drive sales
• People oriented and have experience and ability to manage people and operations of a retail shop.
• Previous experience and training of customer service skills
• Industry experience highly preferred, experienced surfer a plus.
• Communication skills both verbally and written are required

Store is open 7 days per week, must be able to work flexible hours.
