POSITION SUMMARY
As the E-commerce Customer Service and Fulfilment, you will be fulfilling online orders from beginning to end. You will be responsible for processing orders, picking orders, shipping, receiving and/or ensuring the follow-through for orders received from our E-Commerce management system. While helping customers along the way with questions and concerns. We are looking for an organized and dependable person to join our small growing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with all sales orders from beginning to end: receive sales orders from our E-Commerce management system, generate labels, and prepare and ship packages with courier services
• Prepare, pack and ship orders efficiently, paying close attention to detail
• Help customers with questions and concerns
• Receive new product shipments, returns, and prepare all outgoing shipments
• Count, inspect and organize new stock and inspect and restock returned items paying attention to detail
• Participate in inventory/cycle count
• Identify and implement best practices
• Maintain general housekeeping of the warehouse and inventory
• Perform other assigned duties
