Marketing E Commerce Manager

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for successfully elevating our key products as well as defining the specific markets we currently sell into. The goal is to ultimately increase our brand awareness in those areas and drive new retail customers to our website.

The website must be user-friendly, easy to navigate and must drive customers to the products they are most interested in while ultimately enticing them to buy additional products and motivating them to return to the site in the future. This position manages the details related to the execution of our product launches and site content and requires someone who has a passion for the vision of our company. The Marketing E Commerce Manager will be responsible implement an e commerce plan that will ultimately show significate results. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible to analyze all data and execute enhancements to the marketing efforts and campaign.

Responsibility:

· Update all sales-related e-commerce tasks.

· Successfully elevating key stories and displaying products/categories to create an engaging and relevant experience

· Initiate, manage, and expand marketing and advertising campaign through all sales channels such as social media, marketplace, press release, CPC…. etc.

· Provide KPI analysis report periodically to determine improvement opportunities and/or shift budget to maximize sales.

· Leverage reviews and survey feedback to incorporate customer callouts/opportunities to optimize product page experience and insight with product team.

· Responsible to coordinate with outside services to automate and/or enhance task such as newsletter, landing pages, SEO, product launches…etc.

Requirement:

· Hands-on experience with the Shopify and Magento platforms.

· 3+ years of ecommerce or other relevant experience in B2C.

· Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to build effective internal and external relationships, and influence change.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong business, data analysis and interpretation skills.

· Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.

· Experience with SEO, CPC, SMS, email marketing and Google Analytics.

Additional Preferences:

·Experience in Tactical/Law enforcement/Outdoor markets is a plus for this position.

Basic Knowledge of HTML and CSS.

· Basic photo editing.

Experience in Tactical/First Responder/Law Enforcement/Military/Outdoor or related industry.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Must work at our location in Irwindale CA. This is strictly an in-house job; we will not accept any applications for remote work. This is not negotiable. Candidate must live within a reasonable driving distance to Irwindale.
