As the eCommerce Project Coordinator you will support the business in enhancing the experience on our websites and releasing new features on The North Face websites. You will also help to shape the customer experience overall and optimize the site performance.
The objectives of the role are to run constant end to end testing on our websites, support projects delivery and ensure enhancements to the digital platform are executed and released as by expectations, supporting day-to-day eCommerce activities and operations.
This role requires a broad spectrum of skills including: an understanding of the technology used to power e-Commerce sites from an operational perspective; consumer focus; passion for the digital world; basic knowledge of E-Commerce UX; problem solving; strong communication skills in order to gather, prioritize and communicate requirements; strong relationship management skills.
We expect that our e-Commerce Project Coordinator will deliver unbeatable results whilst also fulfilling the following aspects of the role:
Regularly run end to end testing on The North Face websites to check proper working of existing features, spot areas of improvement, ensure our customers can have the best experience possible on our digital platform;
Support improvements to the current websites and identify areas of strength/weaknesses;
Coordinate specific phases of project launches, working in team with the E-Com Project Manager;
Contribute to gather requirements for specific projects from other e-Commerce team members, aiming at improving customer experience on The North Face websites;
Supporting validation / testing of digital platform developments on behalf of the brand before project launches or new releases
Reporting overall updates and progress back to the business by creating documentation if needed
Being a reference point for end to end testing within the e-Commerce Customer Experience team
Acting as a conduit between the e-Commerce team and multiple business units (including Central Digital, Technology, Retail, Customer Service, Logistics & DC/Supply Chain) to define strategic solutions to enhance website performance and meet the business objectives.
Managing existing third-party vendors where needed.
Supporting e-Com operations where needed.
How you’ll make a difference…
You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
You have 2-3 years of E-commerce mono-brand experience is required.
You have consumer eye
You have UX and multi-channel experience
You have all around experience and understanding of E-Commerce systems, processes and customer experience / expectations.
You have experience in requirements gathering for platform developments.
You are used to working within a business trading across multiple countries.
You’re enthusiastic, curious and proactive
