We’re looking for an experienced Ecommerce / Wholesale Customer Service Representative to join our team in L.A. We’re a small company who’s been around since 2013 and are expanding. This is a great opportunity to grow in the fashion industry.
Responsibilities for B2C:
1. Daily correspondence via phone and email with Ecomm customers. Respond to emails in a timely manner
2. Friendly and professional demeanor by phone and email
3. Process returns with warehouse and refunds or adjustments in system
4. Become familiar with brand/ product knowledge
5. Will need to communicate with 3PL for order support on day to day for order status, tracking, etc.
Responsibilities for B2B:
1. Data entry includes entering orders from JOOR into Full Circle
2. Process and pick orders in Full Circle to 3PL to ship
3. Process payments for prepaid orders and correspond with sales team for updating credit card info into system
4. Assist with running open order reports
5. Work with operations on available inventory to fulfill immediate orders
6. Assist with reconciling open orders weekly with sales team and 3PL
7. Provide tracking and invoices to customers upon request
8. Other duties as assigned in showroom
Experience:
1. 1 – 2 years experience working with Magento, Shopify and Full Circle. Returnly and Zendesk a plus
2. Experience with Mac or PC
