Kari Traa has experienced tremendous growth, and we need your digital marketing and paid media experience to help us expand our direct sales channel in North America. You will be responsible for the digital consumer experience and promotional strategy - managing the performance marketing budget and maximizing eCommerce revenue. Your experience in performance marketing with outdoor brands has given you an in-depth understanding of metrics, analytics platforms and how to drive growth in online sales. What you’ll be doing:
- Driving the eCommerce business for Kari Traa in North America - planning, executing, and optimizing our digital communication and performance marketing
- Creating the best-in-class consumer journey across digital platforms to maximize consumer engagement
- Collaborating with our digital agency in planning, executing, and optimizing our campaigns that drive sales and elevate the Kari Traa brand
- Working closely with the global product & brand teams to reinforce localization of promotions and marketing programs with consistent messaging
- Owning the promotional calendar for Kari Traa in partnership with finance, brand & DSM teams for the North American marketplace
- Providing continuous updates to key stakeholders focusing on KPI performance and development
- Ability to be in our Broomfield office a couple days a week
- Advocating for the Kari Traa mission as an ambassador - living in full color!
