100% is seeking an E-Commerce Merchandising Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for merchandising multiple e-commerce websites and other online platforms. We are looking for someone who can ensure our e-commerce sites are aligned with brand marketing. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and communication skills. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage content for all e-commerce platforms including North America and EU websites, pro-sites, and ElasticSuite.

• Monitor and maintain the performance of E-commerce platforms to ensure customers have a positive online shopping experience.

• Optimize conversion rate through merchandising and organizing collections across sites.

• Align on brand go-to-market plans and help develop the seasonal digital GTM calendar.

• Complete a detailed monthly recap on E-commerce platform performance, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics

• Utilize digital marketing techniques to increase customer engagement and website traffic.

• Research and work with outside service providers to add functionality to the 100% website.

• Stay up-to-date on latest trends and technologies related to the E-commerce space

• Develop new and innovative ways to market the brand digitally and provide on-brand suggestions for promotional offers online – black Friday, Cyber Monday, holidays…etc.

• Ensure that inventory feed and merchandising on the website is accurate and updated.

• Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams on inventory and promotions plus shipment add in’s.

• Assist in the buy plan process to align with seasonal and SMU product launches and ensure proper amount of inventory is purchased and allocated when factory orders are being generated.

• Work collaboratively with the EU team to align product launches and applicable integrations.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Design teams to ensure branding is accurately reflected on the website.

• Analyze customer data to identify trends and recommend strategies for optimizing customer experience.

• Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth operation of online shopping activities.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Experience with Shopify Plus required.

• Experience with NetSuite, preferred.

• Experience with ElasticSuite, preferred

• Experience in digital marketing and ecommerce metrics and KPI’s preferred.

• Experience with product merchandising.

• Strong Excel skills, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.

• Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.)

• Experience using Google suite of applications

• College degree in related coursework.
