Position Summary:
The Manager, Ecommerce Performance is responsible for planning and executing high-impact search marketing and performance-driven media for all Monster Energy Retail Media & Ecommerce initiatives. A person in this role is expected to have a strong background and working knowledge of the e-commerce media and retail space, specifically SEM/PPC and programmatic media, with a heavy emphasis on the impact within broader digital marketing ecosystems, and an understanding of available digital media research and measurement methodologies and tools. The role requires someone who is adept at distilling the science of data and media to digestible insights that can power a continued upwards trajectory of our e-commerce business.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage Performance: Lead eCommerce marketing initiatives (full-funnel) and on-going, always-on optimization of the initiatives across multiple large scale retailers including Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, Sam's Club and others.
- Implement Growth Marketing: Spearhead tactical planning for initiatives including (but not limited to) always-on strategies and new product releases to drive measurable customer acquisition metrics. Build testing roadmaps that help push innovative thinking forward.
- Drive Reporting and Analysis: Lead the drafting, delivery and discussion of reporting and insight-driven analysis from all Ecommerce efforts. Socialize data, insights and analysis to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Lead Budget Planning and Monitoring: Primary lead for budget planning, implementation and management. Including: daily, monthly and annual budget planning. Conducts daily budget monitoring.
- Teach and be Taught: Contribute to industry POVs for that can be used for knowledge-building among the wider Digital Marketing team as well as cross-functional Sales and Marketing teams.
Job Specifications:
- Prefer a Bachelor's degree in the field of Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Media, or related field of study
- Between 3-5 years of experience in Ecommerce, Digital Marketing
- Between 3-5 years of experience in retail PPC
- Functional experience with Retail Marketing Networks (RMN), Demand -Side Platforms (DSP)
- Amazon Ads certification preferred
Base Pay Range: USD $78,750 - USD $105,000 (+)
