Who You Are

Self-motivated, hardworking, and proactive with a positive attitude. You are ready to do your job. Strong understanding of multitasking between multiple desktop programs, prioritizing issues, and resolving them in a timely manner. This position relies heavily on cross-referencing information in browser tabs and there is a lot of data entry. Your first and main priority will be ensuring that new products are added to the website in an accurate and timely manner. You will also assist the eCommerce Catalog Manager in updating and maintaining products listed on our website at cleanlinesurf.com which includes wetsuits, surfboards, surf gear, surf apparel, kite gear, skate gear, our private label, and so much more.


Job Specifications

Part-time and Full-Time
20 - 40 hours per week
Flexible and consistent shifts available between 8am to 5pm
Weekdays to start with weekends a possibility after assessment
Relocate to the Oregon Coast and/or work remotely within Oregon or Washington

Job Requirements

2 years of eCommerce experience
2 years of data entry experience
Excellent troubleshooting, online research, and cross referencing skills
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
Type at least 55wpm
Positive, upbeat attitude
High-speed internet connection
Must be willing to travel to Seaside, Oregon for routine meetings, possible projects, and quarterly reviews


Job Responsibilities

Accurately enter and configure new products on Magento 2 platform
Manage photos and copy while being able to accurately match to products
Keep track of workload using Trello board and checklist cards
Reliable to take the initiative to follow through on tasks from start to finish
Communicate effectively and engage with team in Slack channels
Ability to work independently in a team environment






Recommended Basics

Magento 2 or similar e-commerce platforms
eBay, Etsy, Mercari, Facebook, etc.
HTML: Columns, Bulleted Lists, and Text Styling basics
G-Suite Google Workplace / Gmail
Microsoft Excel / Word
Slack & Trello Workspaces
Fast ability to accurately copy + paste between windows/fields
Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Affinity Photo, or equivalent programs
Cropping Images to 1:1 Square Ratio
Compositing: Deep-Etching and Background Extraction
White Balance and Level Adjustments
