Founded in 2003 Carve Designs is a beach-inspired brand that designs and sells Swim, Active, and Lifestyle clothing for women. We are based in Sausalito, California, and sell to specialty retailers around the country. We have an energetic, yet relaxed work environment and are looking for someone to join our Customer Service team to support our EDI accounts. This position can be 100% remote.

-Manage all aspects of EDI order fulfillment from start to finish
-Maintain and provide routing details to the warehouse for all retailers
-Create BOL or routing with the logistics department for the retailer in their portals (ex. CH Robinson, ZUUL for Zappos)
-Work with the warehouse for any special labeling to ship to our specialized dealers
-Process Amazon orders and submit necessary information in Vendor Central
-Oversee order files for various Major Accounts and Drop Ship EDI accounts.
-Resolve EDI errors such as UPC codes, pricing discrepancies, cross-reference tables, ASN and invoicing.
-Review routing guides and vendor compliance contracts and assist with chargeback reversals.
-Ensure VAS requirements are followed per accounts vendor routing, shipping, packing contracts.
-Manage numerous reports such as; Open Order, 850, 855, 860, 945 for all EDI accounts
